Hi I'm Lisa. Today I'd like to talk to you about the Smoothie Kit, by Mama Mio.

This is a fantastic kit, and it's great for those that can't afford a trip to the spa or just don't have time to go. This is a skin makeover in a box that can be done at home, whenever you need a pick me up.

It contains 3 full size products, which are best used in conjunction with each other. They include the Omega Body Buff Exfoliator, the Omega shower cream and the Omega Body Oil.

The Omega Body Buff Exfoliator – this is an incredible kind but very effective exfoliator, removing dead skin cells and encouraging skin cell renewal. It is recommended to use twice the first week and then just once a week thereafter to maintain super soft skin. A number of ingredients combine to create a micro ground pumice, leaving your skin incredibly soft. They are sweet Almond oil, Aloe Vera, Chamomile, vitamin E and last but not least the micro ground pumice grains, which are natural volcanic rocks, each grain perfectly round and free from sharp edges that damage the skin. You apply it to the dry skin before you get in the shower, but don't worry, it won't make a mess like the salt or sugar scrubs often do. Just squeeze a few dollops in your hand and rub briskly over your entire body, hop in the shower, rinse off and enjoy the feel of your skin, moisturized and soft.

After rinsing off the Body Buff in the shower, use the Omega shower cream., to softly cleanse your skin. It was created to maintain the moisture balance in your skin. And it is a low lather formula using an extremely gentle cleanser. All of the ingredients work together to soften, hydrate, and condition your skin. They include glycerin, Arnica extract, Chamomile extract, Aloe Vera extract, Sweet Almond oil, and Avocado oil.

After you shower, the final step in your home spa treatment is the Omega Body Oil. This oil sinks into your skin immediately and leaves a very soft sheen with no oily residue. In fact your skin feels totally not greasy, just soft, silky and touchable. The key ingredients in this oil include; the Jojoba oil, argon, and safflower oil. To use, just rub a splash between your hands and massage all over your body. You'll see that is absorbs almost immediately. Be sure to pay special attention to any dimples in skin, as the Omega body oil will help to firm up skin tone as well.
