In this position, they can also interact face to face, while still free to observe the world around them.

Audra built prototypes to test every option, and the Scootababy has been thoroughly tested with babies of all sizes (up to 37 pounds). The Scootababy Baby Carrier is very easy to use, making it possible to get on and off in a hurry since the large custom buckles easily adjust with one hand. This is helpful whether you are trying to frantically soothe your first newborn, or trying to get your second baby situated before your toddler runs off. When the Scootababy Baby Carrier comes off, it folds compactly down to tuck in a diaper bag, or can be stored in its convenient nylon drawstring bag.

The Scootababy Baby Carrier can be comfortably shared between caregivers of different sizes, since the waist belt is adjustable to fit from 19 inches up to 47 inches. There are even plans to create a waist extender in the future so even larger people can use the Scootababy Baby Carrier. It can also be used on either side of the wearer. The shoulder straps of the Scootababy Baby Carrier function the same on either side.

The Scootababy Baby Carrier provides a simple and discreet way to nurse your baby while on the move. For ultimate convenience, since spit up and drool are a way of life with little ones, the Scootababy Baby Carrier can be thrown in the washing machine with mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softener, which can cause fleece to pill, and spot cleaning will keep the Scootababy Baby Carrier looking new for longer. Tumble drying will soften the carrier up, and ironing can smooth out the cotton, but do not ever iron fleece.
