Return Instructions

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization Code

Send an email to returns@doulashop.com.

Include all of this information:

• Your full order number (as displayed on your invoice or confirmation email).
• The product(s) you are returning.
• The reason you're returning the product(s).

You will typically receive a response within 24 hours.

Step 2: Ship the Product(s) Back To Us

Once you've received a Return Authorization Code:

1. Package up the product(s) carefully.
2. Write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package.
3. Ship it to this address:

We recommend that you ship all items back to us via an insured and trackable carrier. We are not responsible for packages we do not receive.

Important Info

• We must receive your return within 21 days as clearly stated in our return policy.
• We typically process all returns within 7 days of receiving the items from you.
• Packages received without a Return Authorization Code written on the outside of the package will be charged a 15% processing fee.
