Exchange Instructions

Step 1: Request an Exchange Authorization Code

Send an email to returns@doulashop.com.

Include all of this information:

• Your full order number (as displayed on your invoice or confirmation email).
• The product(s) you would like to exchange.

You will typically receive a response within 24 hours.

Step 2: Ship the Product(s) Back To Us

Once you've received an Exchange Authorization Code:

1. Write a note with the new size that you'd like to exchange the product(s) for and include it with your exchange.
2. Package up the product(s) carefully.
3. Write your Exchange Authorization Code on the outside of the package.
4. Ship it to this address:

We recommend that you ship all items back to us via an insured and trackable carrier. We are not responsible for packages we do not receive.

Important Info

• We must receive your exchange within 21 days as clearly stated in our return policy.
• Packages received without an Exchange Authorization Code written on the outside of the package will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
