Returns or Exchanges

Cancel an Order

All orders ship the same or next business day, unless noted on the product page. If you wish to cancel your order within this window please email orders@doulashop.com or call our customer service department and we will do our best to cancel it before it ships. Usually you will receive an email when we ship your order. If it has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
